Did I pay for this message -> maximum of apps for free development profile has been reached?

Question

I got a registered and paid apple developer account, and I got this message

when trying to rebuild an app on my registered Iphone:

"maximum of apps for free development profile has been reached"

I tried to reload my account into Xcode to no result.

You have installed too many apps with the same free profile. You should delete some apps.

The only thing I would need, I suppose,

is how to guess whether the profile I am working with is a free profile or a paid developer account profile.

Because, as I said, I am running XCode supposedly on a registered Apple Developer Program.

Since you've used both free and paid....did you employ the same apple ID for both?
