Thursday installed the tvOS 11 GM - 15J381.
HomeKit devices work locally, after the update the Home app on my ios devices reported the AppleTv as "standby". So I went through the normal Home troubleshooting with AppleTV. Rebooted the AppleTV, modem/router, signed out of iCloud and then back on.
Everything works locally, but the Home app on my ios 11 and 10 devices state "Remote Access Not Set Up". Even when local, the AppleTV does not appear in the Home app at all, yet I get noticiations of my sensors.
I have forgottten my wifi, reconnected, signed out of my phone for icloud, back in, problem persists.
