Hello everybody,
we have a serious problem with XCode (V8.3.3) : when we try to upload app updates to the store, our iTunes Connect team setup is deemed invalid for some reason.
Using the Xcode 9 GM we have simular problems. Any hints how to solve this?

We are having a similar problem. I can login to iTunes Connect but when I try to validate or upload a project with Xcode 8.3.3, it produces the message "No accounts with iTunes Connect access." This is for an app that has been uploaded 30 times previously. Got to be some issue with iTunes Connect.
Same here. Cannot upload our app update with a bug patch. It seem EVERYONE has this issue. Hello Apple?
Having the same exact problems. There is an open ticket with Apple developer on this. We can't even send out new builds and iTunes Connect is full of bugs as well.
