Control Center not working iPhoneX Simulator

I notice that to get to the control center on the iPhoneX sumlator in the GM of xCode Version 9.0 (9A235), you need to swipe down from the upper right of the iPhoneX simulator, however when you do, you just get a frosted window overlay with no controls?

All my simulators currently do not have a control centre. It also is hidden within Settings. It seems for now we don't have access to it.
