iOS 11 GM submission error

I keep getting this error when trying to submit an update using the Xcode 9 GM:

iTunes Store Operation Failed

ERROR ITMS-90534: "Invalid Toolchain. New apps and app updates must be built with the public (GM) versions of Xcode 6 or later, macOS, and iOS SDK or later. Don't submit apps built with beta software including beta macOS builds."

Apple's developer site states that iOS 11 submissions are now open. Has anyone been able to successfully submit an app using the GM?

Be patient - it's not uncommon for the store to lag behind the tools...you just have to wait for the flag to be set on the backend.

Just be sure you generate a fresh new clean build via the GM while you wait.

True, now works!

I still get the error, I build with the GM version 9A235

Build target: iOS 11.0

Build SDK 15A372

Build Platform 15A372

Edit: macOS needs to be GM too. But why?

Can you confirm that this works after using macOS GM? I can't seem to find the macOS GM. Getting this error with

Xcode 9A235

Build SDK/Platform 15A372

macOS 17A360a

I checked that the BuildMachineOSBuild in the generated app's Info.plist is 17A360a (which might be what trips up iTunes Connect?)

Xcode 9 now also works on Sierra, which i used for building. There seems to be a GM candidate of High Sierra now though
