When I have succeed in submitting the login of the apple developer program,but I can't receive the email after above seven days,so now how can I do?

I will appreciate it very much for someone to answer this question.

Outside the US may take as long as two weeks - you might have to be patient, continue to wait and be sure that emails from Apple aren't being spam filtered from your inbox.
