We updated the launch screen image and our customers still getting older image. This issue can be fixed by following method.
I found the solution from stackoverflow is following.
1.Delete your app from the device
2.Power down the device
3.Power up device, install and launch app.
But is there any way to avoid this issue. We use Xcode 8.3.3.
I have this issue too. Unfortunately saying to the client "Please delete your app, reboot your device and install app once again" isn't a good solution. If anyone know how to solve this problem, please help.
