Sticker Pack Xcode 9 beta - application-identifier not found

Just tried the new Xcode 9 beta and everything went smoothly for a Sticker Pack App until the final submit which failed because "No suitable application records were found." I assume 'not found' in my Developer Account (I checked but did not find the new App-ID supposedly created in the Sticker Pack Archive), but a new Distribution Certificate was successfully generated).

Archive build SUCCEEDED; Submission to iTunes Store failed.

Review (myStickerPack name) StickerPackExtension.ipa content:

No suitable application records were found. Verify your bundle identifier 'com.WebSite.MyStickerPack" is correct.

I have screenshots if that would help (email me) but no idea what else to do but report my results when Archiving a NEW Sticker Pack App using Xcode 9 beta. What can I try next, or should I just be patient while bugs are being worked out?

I also posted a bug report; no news to report.

Beta version was the problem.

Upload succeeded with Xcode 9, but FIRST you need to register the new App with iTunes Connect before archive build will upload.
