SpriteKit Scene Editor lags to unuseability

Hello,
I have experienced some problems with Xcode 8.3.3 and Xcode 9 (Beta 4)
I have tried using macOS 10.12.6 and macOS 10.13 (Beta 4)
The problem is as the title says, SpriteKit Scene Editor lags to a point where it is unuseable, I am not able to scroll around as it lags too much, it might hang for a few seconds before actually responding to my movements, I can't drag any objects into it either as those also lags too much. I'm developing on a MacBook Pro 15" 2017 so therefor I tried forcing the dedicated graphics on but this did not make it seem any better.
I have tried googling this and could not find anything that seems like the same problem I have, does any of you have any idea what might be causing this?

This got fixed in macOS High Sierra (Beta 5) that got released just a few hours ago
