your changes coudn't be saved try again

Hi

I am trying to add new version of existing iOS app. When I hit Create button in New Version entry popup, it says "Your changes couldn't be saved. Try again. If the problem persists, contact us."

I tried few different browsers, other mac/ PCs but same issue.

Does anybody know how to fix this?

Don't automatically assume it's you - the backend is notorious for being on again/off again. Be patient and try again later.

Never fails. When you need to get an update out, iTunes Connect is sure to disappoint. ETA on this fix Apple?

Happening for me also.

Yes i am also getting the same error

when i tried to debug, i saw this 500 error response

https://itunesconnect.apple.com/WebObjects/iTunesConnect.woa/ra/apps/xxxxxxxxx/platforms/ios/versions/create/Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

{

"data": null,

"messages": {

"warn": null,

"info": null,

"error": [

"Unexpected Error"

]

},

"statusCode": "ERROR"

}

I have the same problem. I believe there is a crash in Apple's server.

Apple, can you please fix it?

Same here when trying to add a new app.

Getting this same error right now. I'm unable to add a new version

Same problem, exact same error message both in ITC and fastlane, but I'm trying to create a new app. They don't seem to be aware of the problem (at least not in system status https://developer.apple.com/system-status/)

Yeah. We need to inform them.

Still getting this error.

Same problem...
