On my iPhone 7+, iOS 11 Beta 4 downloads, but the install link stays grayed out.
Can anyone advise on how to fix this?

Thanks for the input guys...
It turns out to have been a problem with a restore.
Yesterday, I had wiped and restored my iPhone from iCloud backup.
Several of the apps remained un-updatable, showing the "This app will not run until the developer re-compiles..." message, as well as one application that just wasn't available on the App Store at all anymore.
Once I had deleted those apps, and rebooted again, my installation was able to proceed.

Go back to settings, get back to the screen with the greyed out install link, and let it sit there for a bit. I had to wait a minute or two. I think it was "preparing update" without telling me it was. Eventually I got a pop-up telling me it would reboot in 10 seconds.
