iPhone 6 blacked out

I have an iphone 6 and my phone just blacked out while i was using it. It was running on iOs 11 beta 2 and it just crashed and wont open. Tried every method eg charging, power/home button etc but nothing would help. Any solutions?

We have seen a simular issue in the past where the screen is black and doing a hard restart always fixed it here at work. If you are sure that it has a charge try unplugging the lightning cable then hold both power and home buttons down for 9 secounds then release them and press power (if the Apple logo didn't apear).
