It been awhile since my last new app. Seems like the review process is now run for speed vs. quality. As if there are subcontractors pushing the reject button as fast as they possibly can, without much regard for an overall understading of what they are doing. I'm not against strict guidlines, but those guidelines have to be understood by the people using them to screen apps.
