Swip up to close an app in Beta 2 repeats

If I try to close an app by swiping up on my iPhone 7 Plus after hitting home button twice, sometimes the app comes back and will not close unless I try again. This is on Beta 2 from today.

Also seeing the same behavior. Seems to work sometimes but not others. Also getting hangups while swiping away multiple apps.
