I need a application for management a private organization, It's possible create and publish a application for this in the AppStore? Or to share the app without AppStore, if possible?
I thought in publish the App on AppStore for all people, but only who have the login can access the app. My doubts are, if this is allowed and if exists other ways to share a app without AppStore?

Not when distributing internally via an Enterprise Program.
