Good news? -- 100 MB Download Limit -- Increased to 200?

Hi all!


It looks like the 100 MB limit on downloading when you're not on WiFi has been silently increased to 200MB-ish.


Everything I tried under 100 MB today worked fine.


One app said 203 MB but downloaded okay, but pretty much everything over that gives the popup. However, the popup still references 100 MB as the limit, so it obviously needs updating.


Can anyone else confirm this?

The beta release notes say this about that under 'Note and Known Issues':



App Store

  • Launching the App Store stops other audio. (32043325)
  • Attempting to run TestFlight without an active AppStore Apple ID results in a login failure. (32230818)
  • Apps over 100MB may download over Cellular connection after acknowledging the warning prompt.
