I have a late 2011 Imac, with :

Graphics : AMD Radeon HD 6750M 512 Mo,

Memory : 12 Go 1333 MHz DDR3

GPU : 2,5 GHz Intel Core i5

Is this possible to get Metal on this ?

No, not possible in your example.

To get Metal you'll need to get a supported Mac.

These Mac computers support Metal:

MacBook (2015 and later)
MacBook Air (2012 and later)
MacBook Pro (2012 and later)
Mac mini (2012 and later)
iMac (2012 and later)
Mac Pro (Late 2013)
