I have an app that shows the lighting accessories defined in the Home App. When I add it on one iPhone I cannot see it on my other devices a similar iPhone and an iPad. We only show devices with the 'Manufacturer' value of our company in the characteristic's metadata for manufacturerDescription.
When I run in debug mode on each device, the characteristic value for the particular sevice that carries the Manufacturer shows nil for the characteristic value.
Strangely, one of the other services passes the characteristic values just fine.
I don't think it is a security setting, but perhaps a delegate method that I need to implement to enable the values?
