I have iPad MD368HC/A Model A1430 and tha last auto update stops at 9.3.5 but I need update 10 up. How to do if?

I have iPad MD 368HC/A 4G 64Gb Model A1430. The last automatic software update stops at update 9.3.5. But I need soft update 10 and up. How to do it?
