Question about Apple Music

Question

I recently got the new iPhone 7 Plus and I have enjoyed it very much! I currently have Apple Music on my phone and very frequently use it. My mom pays for the subscription, therefore I have my phone under her Apple ID. Is there any possible way to have my phone under MY Apple ID instead of her's without messing up the subscription to Apple Music with her paying for it?
