cannot select startup disk

Hello, I have turned off FireVault in order to convert my main disk to APFS since it does not support encrypted disks yet. After booting my MacBook Pro (Early 2011) into Recovery Mode, the conversion worked. However, when trying to select the disk I use (Macintosh HD), it fails and says “You cannot change the startup disk to the selected disk. Running bless to place boot files failed.”

Using First Aid on the disk seems to get stuck at “Checking the fsroot tree.”

The First Aid finished and everything was fine with the disk, but i still cannot use it to startup. I am stuck in Recovery Mode. :(

i have the same issue ...
