Speed Limit

The WWDC 2017 Keynote mentioned that maps now comes with a Speed Limit indicator


Is this accessible via the APIs or is this just a Maps App feature ?

I have the same question, but with the Avoid Tolls and Avoid Highways options. Can those be accessed via the API, or is just a Map Apps feature?

Somebody found a way to get the road speed limit? Can we get the speed limit by an API, a function from MapKit or where can we get the road speed limit?
