Activity Monitor shows that ‘trustd’ is using up a large amount of my CPU and it has made my Early 2011 MacBook Pro insanely slow. Spotlight doesn’t appear to be indexing anymore. Anyone have any idea about what it’s doing?
Same here - iMac 27" 5K - trustd is using 100% - sometimes there are 2 instances and yes it makes the system run very slowly
i think i will wait until the next update because my MacBook is too frustratingly slow to use
Try deleting or renaming your login.keychain. I had the same problem after upgrading a 2015 MacBook Pro to Sierra and it seems to have done the trick.
