I'm finishing up the transition from a paid app to a free app with in-app purchase. For all of my users who have previously purchased the app, I'd like to grandfather them into the portions of the app that are becoming paid.
So, to make sure they have bought the app before the change, I'm checking the Original Application Version field from the receipt that the device has downloaded from the App Store. The problem:
In the sandbox environment, the value of this field is always “1.0”.
How do I test this against the production environment?
