cannot access device's app container

i am running xcode 8.3.2.

When I try to access the container of my app in the device manager, the following happens:

if I want to show it, it is empty.

If I want to download it, I get the message "Too many instances of this service are already running".

This happens also after reboot of the Mac and of the device.

I tried with a device running iOS 9.3.5 and one with 10.3.1

Can anybody help, please?

I have this issue too. xCode Version 8.3.2 (8E2002)

Just started out of the blue. I restarted my Mac after first killing xCode multiple times. Still doesn't work.

Reboot the device. That's the only workaround I've found.

reboot the device or Mac machine?. I have the same issue. it works for the first time then for subsequent tries, this errors comes. errors go away only when I reboot my development machine. very frustrating.

Has anyone found a workaround to fix this issue? I rebooted my machine and device, but I still can't get the container. Is there another way to access the container?

The only solution till now which is worked for me was power off and power on of iPhone.

clearing RAM of device works for me.

1. hold the power button until shutdown option not comes.

2. do not shutdown phone, instead, hold the home button until shutdown option went away.

This will clear RAM.
