Can I let a user purchase a content & feature unlock bundle on my website?

I have an app where one of the IAP falls under the guidelines section 3.1.3 for "Content Based Reader Apps" where I can allow a user to access content purchased elsewhere. I also have a popular IAP that bundles this content with unlocking features. Can I sell a bundle like this from my website since part of the bundle would come under section 3.1.3 even though not everything in the purchase would be considered content under section 3.1.3?

You cannot sell a bundle from your website wherein the bundle consists of one part that requires being sold through IAP and the other part consists of something that does not require being sold through IAP.
