I accepted my scholarship as soon as I got it, when do I get the forms for minors and additional confirmation?

I read that minors had to fill out a form, when/where do I get that form? And if I don't fill it out soon will my scholarship be rescinded? Also I got the email saying that I have "accepted" my ticket but I have not heard anything since, is there anything additional I have to do?


I also have the "events" tab on my Apple Account and it says I have a WWDC 2017 Scholarship Ticket so I assume I have done everything correctly so far.


I just don't want to ***** up and suddenly lose my ticket.

You won't lose your ticket; the forms haven't been sent out yet. They probably will release more information once the deadline for accepting the scholarship passes (April 28). Right now you know as much as anyone else.
