21004 returned when purchasing CONSUMABLE products in sandbox enviroment

Question

> 21004 - The shared secret you provided does not match the shared secret on file for your account.

> Only - returned for iOS 6 style transaction receipts for auto-renewable subscriptions.

Why it happend on a CONSUMABLE product now, since this moring.

I got the same problem !! Sandbox server is behaving weird again. Getting 21004 for all the purchases despite I'm on iOS10
Please file a radar so Apple is aware !
