Since yesterday I could not upload apps using XCode or the Application Loader. The Application Loader stucks at verifying assets with the App store.
After an hour I get an Communication error:
I tried to reinstall XCode, using the mobile internet of my phone and to renew my certificates.
I would be very pleased for some advice.

You can try to use third-party upload ipa tool Appuploader, you can upload ipa very fast, you can also upload on a Windows pc computer

Finally. There was defo an outage on Apple's end.
