Voip socket and NSStreamNetworkServiceTypeVoIP ios 11?

Will setKeepAliveTimeout, voip socket or NSStreamNetworkServiceTypeVoIP be available for use in ios 11? This applies to apps that have local connectivty to a VoIP server but do not have internet access.
