iCloud passwords is not working on 10.3.2

When I try to access my iCloud passwords on my iPhone the application crashes. I go to: Settings -> Safari -> Passwords then give my finger print to Touch ID, the screen immediately crashes after entering my fingerprint.


I am using iOS 10.3.2 on a iPhone 7 Plus. I have tried disabling and re-enabling Keychain in my iCloud settings. I have removed and re-added my iCloud account and the application keeps crashing right after I validate with my fingerprint.


Any help is greatly appreciated.

To further update, I have now upgraded to 10.3.3 beta 4 and the issue is still happening.

I have also updated to 11 and the same thing is happening. I have found a trick, to place only half my finger on the prompt to unlock settings which then asks me to enter my passcode. After I enter my passcode the Settings app crashes immediately after.
