What are the legal ramifications around using San Francisco (Compact) in an Android Wear watch face? (free watch face)

Basically, I want to make a watch face using San Francisco Compact as the typface for the watch. If I want to distribue this to a platform such as Watchmaker (app), what are the legal details, and is this even allowed? Should I explore using an alternative font for a public edition of the watch face? I understand that SFCompact is licensed to Apple and the old License Agreement said that the San Francisco font was to be used ONLY with Apple Watch faces and apps. Although I have heard other things that say that that was the old license agreement.

Any advice regarding what conditions there are regarding this (Referencing, Permission, Licenses, Rights, etc.) would be helpful. Thankyou 🙂

(I wasnt sure what place to post this in, so if mods want to move it to appropriate thread, no objections)

The license (dated 1.3.17) comes with the download. See 2. A - restrictions.

Pretty sure it still says you are not free to do what you want to do.
