is it possible to make a music album app or does apple not allow ir?

I was wondering why people dont make apps for theeir albums and couldnt find any examples aparrt from lady gaga and a couple more that require streaming.

Apple is allowing it.

I know at least one that released their album as an app, and that's Björk.
