I can confirm I am getting the same problem.

Trying to upgrade my iPad Air 2 to iOS 10.3.2 Beta 1.

When I start the install process (tap "Install Now" in Settings->General->Software Update):

I get the 'Verifying Update' alert
...followed by "Unable to Install Update - an error occurred installing iOS 10.3.2 Beta 1" alert

Hitting Retry just causes the same error.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to proceed?
