IAP' can't be connected - don't appear under AppStore tab

Our app was rejected, and since then we can not connect IAP's to a build from under the App Store tab.

What to do?

If an app was rejected the IAPs will be "developer action needed" (which is better than rejected). You need to open the IAP metadata, make an insignificant change and save it. Then the IAP will no longer be "developer action needed".
