Maybe I am getting myself to ahead but I do want to be advice by individuals that have experience already.
I do want to learn to Code and I need advice where to start.
I can put one hour per day max.

I'm a beginner myself. There are many tutorials on youtube of various teachers, which I find very helpful. But I also bought some ebooks on swift 3.

Good book for beginners:
Swift Programming: The Big Nerd Ranch Guide (2nd Edition) by Matt Mathias and John Gallagher
I'd suggest starting at KhanAcademy.org to get a feel for writing code first, and then move on to Swift playgrounds. Khan Academy provides video tutorials and practical exercises.
