I'd like to know how can i replace the Team Agent in our enterprise' s account?
did we need ton sent à legal document , like letter ...to Apple' s orginazation ? or we can do that in our entreprise's account in Apple developpment wesite.

Click the "Transfer Team Agent Role" button to start the process and Apple Developer Support will facilitate the transfer through email. Please note that the person you assign as your new Team Agent must have the legal authority to bind your organization to Apple Developer Program legal agreements. If the Team Agent listed on your account is no longer with your organization, please contact us.
