Would it be permissible by Apple if an app were to display an In-App Purchase price rounded up to the nearest dollar?
For example, suppose the product price is $5.99 - what if the app were ti display this as $6 - would anyone care? Would Apple care?
I would be surprised if Apple cared.
What do you think the conversation will be when the user requests a refund and Apple comes back low?
How do you intend to do that for all currencies?
Apple tends to discourage hard quoting/ad-hoc'ing prices, so being creative, even in the smallest amount, might risk push back, if not during review, certainly later should Apple not have a good explanation for users that dispute details, etc.
Perhaps if you explained why you'd like this ability, someone can suggest an appropriate solution, etc.
