Hi,
we build a new app version, because our old app is over 3 years old (ios6-7) and because of the push notifications, which dosent work anymore. The new app in in store now and we received the tokens to our database, when new users are downloading the app and activeting push. However, when users, which are using the old version of the app are updating over the appstore and then asking for allowing push, we doesnt receive the token from them. From new app users we receive the token, after they allowing push. Where is the problem? Can someome help?
