I wanted to try out testflight but my app is in really early stages so and I'm reluctant to create the app in itunes connect since I'll only have three months to upload it after that.
Does that make sense??
Anyway, just wondering how you would approach that situation.

I personally use Fabric's beta service for deploying earlier alpha builds. No app review delays for external testing and none of the processing times associated with TestFlight. TF is great for pre-release because it allows you to simulate App Store deployment without actually releasing, but it really ***** for rapid iteration. Check it out at fabric.io
