We have some issues with VPN (Network Extension) on our iOS Device.
For debugging we use the VPN.mobileconfig from Apple: https://developer.apple.com/bug-reporting/profiles-and-logs/
This works fine and we got a lot of information. Then syncing the device with iTunes, we can read the file com.apple.networking.networkextension.log.
But on iOS 10, there are no networkextension.log files any more.
Is there a Bug or is the VPN.mobileconfig not supported on iOS 10?
Best regards, Heiko
The process for doing this has changed on iOS 10. The latest instructions are posted on the Bug Reporting > Profiles and Logs page, but the executive summary is that this logging information in now included in the sysdiagnose archive. You can read this post for some suggestions on how to extract log entries from a sysdiagnose archive.
