Hello,
I just logged into iTunesConnect as I do most mornings, to check on my app and in-app purchase sales. Typically I only have a few In-App Purchases (IAPs) -- usually less than 10 units. Today however, I have a NEGATIVE number of sales for EVERY in app purchase in a particular app. I have 4 different possible IAPs in this app, and today's "sales" show quantities of -1, -4, -15, and -17.
I understand that sometimes there are negative sales if Apple decides to refund a customer, but I've never seen numbers anything like this. This reverses more than all the sales in the past 10 days.
Ideas on this extremeness? Anyone else had anything similar?
