Search ads Sign Up. Error: 1480957009426

Hi.

I am trying to sign up to search ads and I keep getting this error "An unexpected error has occurred. If the issue persists, contact us. (Error: 1480957009426)". Is anyone getting this also?

I think I have a similar issue (error code: 1481637996437). The error pops up when I fill in my details and agree to the terms and conditions.
