I am advertising from my iOS device with custom packets like below

It was working fine but we found some problem with apple watch connected phone. The packet data is different when my app advertise from a apple watch connected phone like showing below.
02011a11070000000000000102a0cd2773e4a1e0ff07ff4c0010020b00
Sometimes this apple watch connected phone advertise without manufacturing data.
Does anyone has any idea to remove the manufacturer data from the advertising packet.
