Hello guys,
I have submitted my renewal request on November 2nd. I received order confirmation email almost immediatelly. I also got my bank accound charged for $99 the same day (Nov 2). The statement said you need up to 3 business days to process order. Which is normal.
Today is Nov 12th. It's 7 business days since my order has been accepted. That is a bit more then twice then your promise.
Still no renewal happened, not reasons given.
Do you have any explanation for this? What kind of customer service is that?
