slow install

I've upgraded to iOS 9 Beta 2, downloaded the configuration file to my watch. I have downloaded the Watch OS 2 beta 2 and it is installing on the watch. It has been for over an hour, the install bar moving very slowly but still stating one hour left to install. The install pauses, displays a message that I can resume next time I have a wifi connection. ??? I have a stable wifi connection. Tapping multiple times on the phone screen starts the download to watch again. Anyone else experiencing this?
