Info on video ads

Hello guys, I'm new and I don't have experience with app developing. I would like to develop an app which needs an opening investment. As a consequence I have to plan the outcomes and the estimated incomes. That said, it would be useful to know if i can immediately put video ads in the app ( the ones that the user has to play ) and how much i would get from each playback. Thanks for your attention
