In iOS 9, Beta 2 I keep getting this message on my iPhone as a modal popup:
"Message out of order in LocW"
"File against Pepper CompanionSync|1.0, attach all logs"
I assume that's trying to get me to put something in Radar...but I'm not really sure what? I also assume it's the OS, because apps shouldn't be able to present modal dialogs while not up?
