Locked device

I am posting here in hopes that someone can make sense of this.

iPhone 6s iOS 10.1 beta 3

iPhone 6 iOS 10.1 beta 3

Late 2013 MBP macOS Sierria 10.12.1 beta 4 & Xcode 8.1 beta 2

(Tonight I'll download and install Xcode 8.1 beta 3 & see if this problem still exists, I suspect it will.)

When I connect the iPhone 6 to the MBP via sync cable it will open iTunes but the iPhone 6 will not sync

When I connect the iPhone 6s to the MBP via sync cable it will open iTunes and the iPhone 6s will sync.

Both devices have the sync when connected box checked in iTunes.

With both iPhones connected and Xcode open:

If I try to run any of my apps on the iPhone 6 from Xcode they build and run without problems.

If I try to run any of my apps on the iPhone 6s from Xcode I get a dialog box saying to unlock my device and reattach.

( If I reset privacy settings on the iPhone 6s, and then reconnect to iTunes and trust my computer it will then run my apps until the next time I connect the iPhone 6s and the problem reappeares.)

Note: This happend with Xcode 8.0 beta versions but once the GM of Xcode 8.0 was released I had no problems running my apps on both iPhones.

Second Note: This was turned in as a bug report under iOS 10 beta testing and I thought it was fixed until recently when it reappered.
