I am trying to upload a video trailer for my new game and when I hitted "save" I got a message on the video saying "Processing app preview - The app preview can take up to 24 hours to process." https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/4047131/10/2016-10-13_181501.png
However it has taken well over 48 hours and this is still showing. How long does it take or is there something more I have to do to finish the video processing?
I'm experiencing this problem now, how do you fix this?
I know this is an old thread, having the issue here. Got an app in the release queue where the videos have said they are stuck processing for about 5 days. Worried they won't show when the app is released. Did this issue clear itself up for you guys?
Same here in 2023; it's been more than a week since uploading, and it's stuck in processing. No error message or other clues to solve.
